Behind giganizr

I’m building the tool my band was missing

I’m Patrick, singer and bandleader of the professional cover band Einzig & Artig – and a software developer. For years our band ran on group chats, spreadsheets and date polls, until I started solving it properly. That became giganizr.

Today my band plans every gig with giganizr, right down to the sheet music on stage. If something is missing or not working, write to me: your message comes straight to me.

What does giganizr cost?

You start for free and after signing up you try every feature for bands, including quotes and invoices. If you don’t book anything afterwards, you continue on the free plan. You pay per band, never per member – see all plans on the pricing page.

Does my whole band need an account?

No. Voting, answering requests and accepting quotes work via personal links without an account. Whoever wants to see setlists, dates and sheet music creates a free account via your invite link in under a minute.

Can I bring my songs over from Excel?

Yes. Save your song list as a CSV file and match the columns on import – title, artist, key, tempo, duration and more. The import detects duplicate songs.

We play from forScore or MobileSheets. Does that work?

Yes. Export your setlists straight for forScore and MobileSheets and keep playing the way you’re used to. Or switch to giganizr Stage, our app for sheet music on stage.

Where is my data stored?

giganizr is developed and hosted in Germany, and backups are kept in the EU. We comply with the GDPR.

Is there an app?

Yes. giganizr is available as an app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. It also runs in the browser on any device. For sheet music on stage there’s giganizr Stage as well.
