Drag-and-drop editor with smart duration calculation
Build setlists with drag-and-drop on desktop, tablet, or phone. Breaks, encores, and buffer times are automatically added to the total duration – including exports for Camelot Wheel, forScore, and MobileSheets.
Every function listed here is actually in the app – not just on slides.
Long-press on tablet starts the drag with a visual progress ring. Works on desktop, iOS, and Android equally.
Total duration = sum of song lengths + breaks + configurable buffer time (default 20 seconds, overridable per setlist).
Insert breaks with their own duration, mark songs as encore – both types are tracked separately in the calculations.
Export as Camelot XML for harmonic DJ mixing. Requires a Camelot ID on each song.
PDF export in the forScore-compatible format with metadata – open the setlist directly in the sheet-music reader on iPad.
CSV export for MobileSheets on Android and Windows – custom fields are mapped via member assignment.
Dedicated PDF variant with GEMA numbers, songwriter info, and duration for German performance rights reporting.
Band admins define their own table layouts (title, key, BPM, tags …) and save them as reusable PDF templates.
Three steps from an empty workspace to a print-ready setlist.
Maintain songs with title, artist, duration, key, BPM, GEMA number, and tags – or import an existing repertoire via CSV.
Repertoire on the left, setlist in the center, timeline on the right. Drag songs, insert breaks, mark encores – the duration updates live.
PDF (standard, GEMA, or custom layout), Camelot XML, forScore PDF, or MobileSheets CSV – stage-ready.
On tablet or phone, tap and hold a song – an animated ring shows the progress until the drag starts. No more accidental moves while scrolling through your repertoire.
These areas complement setlist management.
