Build setlists in minutes

Drag-and-drop editor with smart duration calculation

Build setlists with drag-and-drop on desktop, tablet, or phone. Breaks, encores, and buffer times are automatically added to the total duration – including exports for Camelot Wheel, forScore, and MobileSheets.

The problem

  • closeBuilding setlists in Word, Excel, or notes apps costs hours before every gig.
  • closeTotal duration is never right – breaks, soundcheck, and encore get forgotten.
  • closeMaintaining songs in multiple bands twice because the tool only knows one band.
  • closeOn stage, the key, BPM, or GEMA number is missing – cheat sheets are common.

How you build a setlist

Three steps from an empty workspace to a print-ready setlist.

1
library_music

Create or import songs

Maintain songs with title, artist, duration, key, BPM, GEMA number, and tags – or import an existing repertoire via CSV.

2
drag_indicator

Build the setlist with drag & drop

Repertoire on the left, setlist in the center, timeline on the right. Drag songs, insert breaks, mark encores – the duration updates live.

3
ios_share

Export or print

PDF (standard, GEMA, or custom layout), Camelot XML, forScore PDF, or MobileSheets CSV – stage-ready.

touch_app
auto_awesomeHighlight

Long-press drag with visual progress ring

On tablet or phone, tap and hold a song – an animated ring shows the progress until the drag starts. No more accidental moves while scrolling through your repertoire.

FAQ about the setlist editor

Answers to the most common questions about setlists and repertoire.

Can I add the same song multiple times to a setlist?

expand_more
Yes, a song can appear any number of times in the same setlist. A counter shows the number of uses (e.g. "3x").

How is the total duration calculated?

expand_more
Total = song lengths + break lengths + configurable buffer times between songs (default 20 seconds). The buffer can be overridden per setlist.

Which sheet-music apps are supported?

expand_more
giganizr exports for forScore (iOS) and MobileSheets (iOS, Android, Windows). The Camelot XML export targets harmonic DJ mixing.

Does it work on iPad without a mouse?

expand_more
Yes. Touch drag is triggered by long-press, a progress ring shows the trigger. You can rearrange songs even while standing on stage.

Can I print setlists as PDF?

expand_more
Yes, in three modes: standard layout, GEMA report (with GEMA numbers and songwriter info), and freely configurable custom tables.

Can multiple bands share songs?

expand_more
Yes. Songs can belong to one band, multiple bands, or be "private". Multi-band users see a band selector that filters the repertoire as well.
