Yes, you can adjust your plan anytime. For an upgrade, the difference will be calculated proportionally. For a downgrade, the change applies from the next billing period.
Paying yearly drops two monthly payments — you pay ten times the monthly price for twelve months. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time and the difference is prorated; switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid year.

Absolutely. We use state-of-the-art encryption technologies and host all data in German data centers. We are GDPR compliant and take data protection very seriously.
The Band, Band Pro and Business plans each include one band; additional bands can be booked as an add-on. The Agency plan includes five bands and also lets you run several companies from one account. Every band has its own settings, members and content, and every extra band brings its own storage allowance.
Every plan includes a storage allowance per band, for example 250 MB on Free and 5 GB on Band. All bands of your company share one pool built from these allowances; extra bands enlarge it. Files attached to songs, concerts, rehearsals, customers, quotations and invoices count; profile pictures, letterheads and email images do not. When the pool is full, no new uploads are possible, but existing files stay. Deleting files or upgrading frees up space.
Up to 25 MB per file on Free, 100 MB on all paid plans. Tip: for rehearsal recordings an MP3 is usually enough — it is about ten times smaller than a WAV.
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, all data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.
Yes, every plan includes email support. The Agency plan adds priority support with shorter response times and a direct line to the developer team.
