Yes. You can be a member of as many bands as you like and switch between them in the top bar. How many bands you can create yourself depends on your plan.

No. Voting, answering requests and accepting quotes work via personal links without an account. Whoever wants to see setlists, dates and sheet music creates a free account via your invite link in under a minute.

Yes. giganizr runs in the browser on any device, and you can use the setlist editor with your finger. There’s also giganizr as an app and giganizr Stage for sheet music on stage.

You start for free and after signing up you try every feature for bands, including quotes and invoices. If you don’t book anything afterwards, you continue on the free plan. You pay per band, never per member – see all plans on the pricing page.

No. You don’t need any payment details to start or for the trial.

Yes, paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Your account then continues on the free plan and your data stays.

No. Payment reminders, quotes and invoices are part of the Business plan. You can try everything during the trial.

Every plan includes storage per band: 250 MB on the Free plan, 5 GB on the Band plan, 20 GB on Band Pro, Business and Agency. All bands of a company share one storage pool, and additional bands enlarge it. Once it’s full, no new uploads are possible – existing files stay.

Up to 25 MB per file on the Free plan and up to 100 MB on all paid plans. Allowed are sheet music (PDF, MusicXML, Guitar Pro, MuseScore), audio, video, images, office documents and ZIP archives.

giganizr is developed and hosted in Germany, and backups are kept in the EU. We comply with the GDPR.

Yes. The connection to giganizr is encrypted, and roles let you decide who may see client data, fees and invoices. Changes to client data are recorded with person and time.

Yes. Export songs as CSV, setlists as PDF, invoices as PDF and e-invoice, and dates via the calendar subscription. A complete export of your data is available on request.

Yes. Save your song list as a CSV file and match the columns on import – title, artist, key, tempo, duration and more. The import detects duplicate songs.

Yes. Write to us at support@giganizr.com – we’ll help you bring over your existing lists.

Yes. Export your setlists straight for forScore and MobileSheets and keep playing the way you’re used to. Or switch to giganizr Stage, our app for sheet music on stage.

Yes. giganizr is available as an app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. It also runs in the browser on any device. For sheet music on stage there’s giganizr Stage as well.
